Clinical Pharmacometrics

Pharmacometrics is the science of interpreting and describing pharmacology in a quantitative fashion. Clinical pharmacometrics covers the use of pharmacometrics in clinical pharmacology with a particular emphasis on applications to therapeutic use of drugs in humans.

Dr. Nick Holford teaches Clinical Pharmacometrics in the Department of Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Center for Drug Development Science (CDDS), University of California, San Francisco.
